In-App Purchases - Frequently asked questions

Clicker allows you to expand your presentation experience by unlocking additional functionality with In-App Purchases. Below you can find some frequently asked questions.

I need factory reset my phone, will I have to purchase again?

No. Your purchases are stored in your Google Account on Android and your Apple Account on iOS. As long as you login with the same account on your phone after factory reset, you will be able to continue using Clicker.

Will I have to purchase again if I change my phone?

You won't need to purchase again if:

  • you change your Android phone with another Android phone
  • you change your iPhone with another iPhone.

Unfortunately, we cannot transfer your purchase on Android to iPhone or vise versa.

Once you change your phone, make sure you login with the same account, which was originally used to make the purchase.

Can I use Clicker on multiple devices?

Yes. Your purchases are stored in your Google Account on Android and your Apple Account on iOS and can be shared across your devices. It means you can share purchases across:

  • your iPhone and iPad (should use the same Apple account)
  • your Android phone and tablet (should use the same Google account)

NOTE. Purchases synchronization across devices might take some time, usually it's less than 15 minutes. So for example, once you complete the purchase on your phone, Clicker will be available immediately, however you might need to wait a couple of minutes for the purchase to appear on your tablet.
